First Asean - India Car Rally 2004

boo ! x) im finally home and im beat . shall update abt today .

woke up damn early today . met up with Lecia and borrowed camera from her . [thanks gurl ! owe u a millon !! *huggs] and went to fetch some of my dad`s friends and we went to a deserted carpark to park all the vintage cars . [to car idiots : vintage cars are cars who are over the age of 30 but is still able to drive around . most of them fall into the brands of Mescedes Benz , Volks Wagen , Rolls Joyce , blahh blahh .. my dad`s a Volks Wagen . x)]

anyway , we`re thr to "welcome" the Indian cars who travelled around Asian for nth . they say : to promote friendship and economy . i dont see how they can promote economy in that way . waited at the carpark for the cars to come Sg from some part in Malaysia , and they cant manage their time well .. at all . they were supposed to reach at 1 . but they drag and drag til its almost 5 before they happily drive their butts into this small island . drove to Padang . and boy ! , was it emmbrassing ! passerbys keep staring at the cars . -.- taoyan ~

why am i in this event with my dad ?

at the Padang ! many fans were gathering round the restricted area to catch a glimpse of their idols , of course . i saw quite a few of "happy 24th Birthday , Taufik !" , many "Sly Rocks !!" and a no. of huge Lime Magazine cover . cool ya ?

i saw allowed into the restricted aread for Very Important People . BWAHAHA ! *look around with a smuggy look* had free food thr ! =x

Sly came on stage first . was shocked as i was relaxing at the back . =x ran to the very very front . [=x typical singaporeans] and was so so so near to the stage ! =D he sung "He ain`t heavy , he`s my Brother" and kept looking at the sides , cause his fans` thr . =( im in the middle , u noee ! =x [to Taufik fans only : he got biggggggg nostrils . =x] took pictures , but was rather shaky . im nervous ! lol . he looked over for a glimpse and smiled at miee ! BWAHAHA ~

Taufik came next . =D he was wearing shades at first , but took them off . of course , as the Singapore Idol , he sung "I Dream" .. Nice nice ! he`s wearing leather jacket and cap and pants as usual . haha ~ he also kept looking at the sides . but was friendlier to the VIPs . LOL . he looked over for many many times . =D my father kept irritating miee ! by trying to take my photos , while im trying to take Taufik`s . hellooo ?! i can take my pictures anyway i want , but its TAUFIK , u noee ! >=( nvm . taufik um-chio-ed at mie , cause im partically shouting . lalala ~

they left shortly after that . -.- so many security guards !! ran over thr , but was at the wrong side . =( so they didnt notice mie . blahh ~ no fun already .

left to bring the people to places they wanted to go . and went .. Legends at Fort Canning Park . dunno who de minister was thr too . the food wasnt bad . local food ~ blahh .. the shows thr ain`t bad . x) gt pretty models !! (o.O) the guys very yandao . =x gt one look like Orlando Bloom . ;) get what i mean ya ? lol . so handsome ~~~ *ahem- back . gt fireworks too ! =D rreally LOUD and pretty . my neck was aching like mad after that . Singapore wasted so much money just to make these ASEAN people happy .

was almost 11 when we left thr . =( sleepy sleepy mie ~ bring the people back to their homes and went home . finally ..

thr ! im almost done with my updating . shall upload all the Taufik and Sylvester`s pictures asap . =)

tmr`s gonna be a busy busy day for mie again . x) going shopping with Maggie . go for the Jungiery Concert . go Heeren to meet Joyce and Lecia [probably] for Wilber`s autograph session . stay overnight over thr , while waiting . next day ! wait for Wilber to come again . Wilber come ! and i think i will be going home to slp after that . =x oh boy ~ im so busy . dont expect to see mie online or my blog updated tmr ! x)
