I am feeling very bad inside.

Bad not as in I am guilty..

But because "bad" pretty much covers every other word that has a "bad" meaning.

I feel as if someone just punched me in my stomach and I am suffering from the after-effect.

I desperately need some TLC (Tender Little Care lah) now. Right now.
