For the past few weeks, I've set my mind to buy a light wash demin jeans but no shops that I frequent has it!

And FINALLY, Topshop decided that yep, it's about time we come out with that color, but we shall limit the sizes, and produce more large sizes since people should have been pigging out alot!

The day my eyes set on it. IT WAS LOVEEEE.

Ah, fuck it, no size. No matter how I flipped through the rack, nope, no small sizes will arrive in front of me.

During my work break, I just had to go see it again! The darling jeans kept flashing in my mind!!! And there I saw it, a size W25! O.O


Rushed off to try and hesitated like mad whether to get it since I was thinking of wearing it baggier.

After work, it was gone.



And alas, no other outlets have it too.

My heart broke into a million pieces.








But anyway, I bought a pair from Zara, so yay!

I'm so tired, I can just sleep now. Urghhh, I oughta start mugging already! :(

The GSS started yesterday and I've yet to visit Topshop or Forever21. Talk about serious lack of retail therapy.

Sale shoppers are super bitches. And it doesn't help alot with the fact that I work in a boutique where the sale is seriously crazy. I got poked in the ribs by hangers, stomped on the toes, shoved away so many times that I felt like I'm on a battle field instead.

For the past days, I was attached to the footwear section and whenever I came out with a requested size of certain shoes, I'll scream out "SIZE 5!" and the customer will raise her arm and indicate that the shoes are for her.

It's hilarious to see their expressions. Heeheehee!!

It's just so funny that the shoppers are responding to their shoe sizes. Or maybe I was too bored working, so any little tinsy thing makes me laugh.

So anyway, Hi! My name is Yingting but you can also call me size 6!



On a brighter note, I've like, bought reserved 3 items from m)phosis and they are going to cost me just $18. HAHAHA.

And on an even brighter note, I just recieved my pay from last month (in which I worked only one day. Hah.) and I spent it all at La Senza.

And more about my expenses, I just bought tickets to watch SBSP Live with Lecia. Can you hear the sound of my heart break???

Ditched lectures with Koonpheng today and we tried the new drinks with all the advertisement craze!

Hmmm, the whole concept is so cute lah. Not a fan for Anything anyway. Or maybe it's just our luck for getting that flavour, which I suppose is Cola??

All the Year 2.1s in Engineering had Apel presentation about organisations served by volunteers and it was so lame with capital L.

Seriously, I couldn't believed what I just typed too. Woah, who would've thought that YT who failed E maths throughout her years in secondary school, will be able to cope with Engineering Maths and SIM's maths.

Due to GSS, I'll be working like, everyday starting from tomorrow. The hard labour will only end on Thursday. Zzz..

Yet another day

Sorry it took me so long to blog, because my illness got the better half of me during the weekends.. and I had to call in sick for work and stuff, so yeah. I did have a MC for not blogging too! Bwahaha.

School was pretty screwed for me with two quizzes which I knew nuts about. Bah! It's not my fault that all the modules just have to be so boring and theory-based..!

On a lighter note, I had lunch with Koonpheng and Huixian!

After lunch, Huixian and I went to SugarLoaf@TCA, which is pretty cool!


The layout of the place is nice and PINK. I LIKE.


The whole cafe was filled with HTM students on service! Hahaha. I feel so sad for the guys who had to keep their hair short, and the girls who have to look prim, proper and have all the hair tied back.

Seriously, I feel for you people man.

Especially for the bob-heads, because I've been there and I know how horrible it'll be with no hair near the face.


Amelia was there with her classmates too!

Huixian and I tried their Mango sorbet, Honey ice-cream, banana muffins, peach Italian soda, grenadine Italian soda, which were all prepared by the students from CCM (if I'm not wrong)!

Definitely edible!!

Nice place to chill after school.

Last friday was CCN day!

Seriously, all the acronyms in TP are driving me INSANE. What CCM, CMM, CCN, etc etc.

PFFT!

Well anyway, CCN stands for Campus Care Network, according to the balloon we got for donating to TPSU!

Do realise that my balloon was alot uglier than Amelia's. :(

My balloon looked so much more like a lightbulb than a heart.

Happy people with happy balloons!


We ate the helium in the balloons and Amelia sounded like me, and I sounded well, like an even younger kid. DAMN CUTE, I TELL YOU. HAHAHA.

Balloons don't float with carbon dioxide. :(


Stefanie went to meet the boy and we went Mango to play with clothes!

Sweeyim invited the gang over to her dad's KTV joint and so we all hopped over!



The place is nicely decorated and the rooms are all roomy and spacious!



I like those lights! They turn around and around and the light changes shapes! (OMG, I sound so bimbotic.)


And the system rates your singing!

Not so sure about the accuracy or how they actually judge the voice, but I got 100% for Tong En's Beng Lai leh! Wahaha!

I remembered Joyce and I got serveral 100%s, which can simply mean that we got wonderful voices! LOL.

Sick (again)

I'm so sick (no pun intended) and tired of being sick sick sick.

This is like the fourth time I'm falling ill in 2007.


Urghhhhhhhhhhh.... Go bug someone else and make him/her sick, you stupid bug! STOP PICKING ON ME!



We had a great session of karaoking at Sweeyim's dad's karaoke joint earlier and I know just how wonderful my voice will be like tomorrow and the following days.

More about today later in the night, because I am very deprived from sleep now.



It seems like yesterday when I finally stopped coughing and now JT's bringing COUGH BACK. Okay, not funny.

I woke up having the feeling that I just woke up from a shut eye at 6am, and I definitely slept earlier than 2am.

It felt so terrible.



School was a bore as usual, Shuyi and I skipped the combined APEL lecture at the TCC along with SiahMong and Rosie and we lunchy lunched at Flavours while waiting for Koonpheng and Gibson.

Shuyi and I had French and I felt so lost after skipping last week's lecture, last week's tutorial and this week's lecture. Bravo, YT!

Jerome is very very cute and delighting today! Damn kuailan, but in this total hilarious way. :D

After French, we waited for the TP soccer trial to begin and end, well, I REALLY SALUTE ROSIE.

I got so uncomfortable sitting on the spectacular stand, I was hungry and this stupid flying insect (I seriously don't want to know if it's a moth) flew to my neck, much to my dismay and alarm alarm and dismay.

The sun went down, the cows went home and my mother was screaming at the top of her lungs from Eunos for me to go home, when the trial ended and the girls went home while the guys went for more soccer.

Go figure.

Well, anyway.. I've got a new one already! No Flashy.exe is coming near this new darling. Fwah, my first technology gadget bought off my own pocket. Ouch.



I don't know why but people seems to be forgetting about my existence online! No tags or comments on da blog, and no comments or whatever from Friendster (somehow, I think it has to do with my change of status :( ).

There's been this virus, Flashy, spreading through thumbdrives in TP! :(

Sadly, my Thumbthumb got infected too...

Anyway, my Care Person provided with this email forwarded to him from some other lecture which is supposed to help in curing the virus...

I may have used the computer for ages, but asking me to back up files, reformat things is like asking a baby to go to the stores and buy newspapers.

So if you manage to save your thumbdrive from that stupid Flashy with the following instructions and you have means to translate those instructions to a more humanly language, PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO IT.

I love my Thumbthumb. :(

Okay, here goes:

1. Disable System Restore (My Computer > Right click > System Restore > turn off System Restore)
2. Restart in Safe Mode (Press F8 before Window boots) and disable any realtime protection from your antivirus/antispyware.
3. Run the tools, Stinger (http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/) and AntiVir Removal Tools for Windows (http://www.avira.com/en/support/antivir_removal_tool_for_windows.html) (all were run just in case there were other similar worms/trojans [seriously, I don't understand what the hell the lecturer is driving at])
4. Run AutoRuns (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/Autoruns.mspx) and seach for all entries containing flashy.exe flashybot systemId.pif
5. If folderoptions still does not show up, go to registry editor (Start menu > Run > Regedit) and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Polices\Explorer and if NoFolderoptions is having value 1, then change it to 0 or remove (back up before doing it) and search for NoFolderoptions and change it too
6. Reboot the computer, run a complete scan with your regular antivirus and antispyware (updated definitions of course)
7. Restart again and then enable System Restore (remove turn off)

Thumbdrive must be plugged into the system while doing the above.

Gosh, I hope these really works!




I had a quiz earlier this morning and zzz.. God bless me that I can scape a pass with this please. It was hilarious the way I crapped my way through the definitions.


Koonpheng has caught the common flu bug and we were so desperately outta tissue, we went to steal tissues from this push cart selling Spongebob tissue box covers (which I have to say, is super cute). Imagine the scene if we were caught stealing tissue from the tissue boxes which were solely for display. Hahaha.


I have like 20 Freddos with me now (make it 15, I think) and I AM SO NOT GOING TO SHARE. BWAHAHA.

It's like, so nostalgic lah. It's been ages since the Papers took neoprints. Ever since we took the effort to go places outta the ordinary, we stop frequenting the shopping centres, which thus resulted in the lack of neoprints.

In today's two hours lab, I spent like, one hour doing nothing productive, copying answers and resting my legs on the table.



Anyway,

it had been days filled with Koonpheng!


We went Vivo to shop but I couldn't set my mind on what to buy and so I went home with no yellow plastic bags with "Forever 21" shouting out loud.
